Refund Policy

FusionX is committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within seven days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, sale or clearance products, and hygiene-related products such as in-ear headphones if the packaging has been opened. Customers must contact our support team before returning an item to receive approval.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within five to ten business days and credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange a product instead of requesting a refund, our team will be happy to assist you, provided the requested product is available in stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
